The Muddy Mug Coffee and Pottery Company is a local spot that combines the simple joy of great coffee and made-from-scratch food with the creative hands-on experience of pottery making. Guests can drop in for a latte or pastry, join pottery classes to create their own pieces, browse handmade ceramics and pick up branded merchandise—all in a warm, community-focused atmosphere that celebrates craftsmanship and everyday comfort.

I served as the lead designer on the full brand identity for The Muddy Mug, developing a cohesive and approachable visual system from the ground up. This included designing the primary logo, establishing the color palette, creating custom illustrations, product design elements (such as packaging, pottery labeling, and merchandise graphics like totes) and designing the website to reflect its earthy, creative and inviting spirit. It was a pleasure to craft an identity that feels genuine and true to the shop’s blend of coffee culture and artistic community.
